How do I use the coffee?
Our mushroom-infused coffee is suitable for use with a variety of coffee makers, including French presses and pour-over setups.
How much caffeine per cup?
Our mushroom coffee contains 45 mg per 8 oz serving.
How are you mushrooms grown?
Our Lion's Mane and Chaga mushrooms are grown and harvested through different processes. The Lion's Mane mushrooms are obtained from mushroom fruiting bodies and mycelium grown on organic sorghum substrate. The Chaga mushrooms are obtained from mushroom mycelium and primordia fermented or organic sorghum substrate.
Where is the coffee grown and harvested?
All of our mushrooms are grown and harvested in the United States. While our coffee is sourced from Brazil, the final product is mixed and packaged at our organic handling facility in Miami, FL.
Is Mychi Mushroom Coffee organic?
Mychi Mushroom Coffee is 100% USDA-Certified Organic.
Risks of Chaga mushroom
As much as we love all of you. We must make it clear that our mushroom coffee is not for everyone.
And here's why...
For those with kidney issues
Chaga mushrooms contain high oxolate levels, which can be a concern for individuals with kidney issue. Oxolates, found in various foods, can impact kidney function.
For those with Osteoporosis
For those with Osteoporosis, Chaga's oxalates can deplete calcium from the body. Since calcium is essential for bone health, it's best to avoid Chaga if you have this condition.
For those on blood thinners or with blood-clotting disorders
If you are taking blood-thinning medications, Chaga may prevent blood from clotting. As a precaution, avoid Chaga if you're on blood thinners or planning medical procedures.
For those with autoimmune disease
For individuals with autoimmune disease, Chaga's effects on the immune system could intensify symptoms. It's best to avoid Chaga to prevent potential medication interactions.
For those with pregnant or breastfeeding
We're here to support you, but we're not medical experts. Before making any dietary changes during pregnancy, it's wise to have a chat with your healthcare professional.
Overall: If you have existing health conditions, are on medications, or considering adding Chaga to your diet, consult your healthcare professional.

Can I order without a subscription?
You sure can. Head over to the shop and choose your desired product. Be sure to select One-Time Purchase before clicking "Add to Cart" or "Buy It Now."
How do I manage my subscription?
Visit your Mychi Account. Once you're logged in, under 'Account Details,' click 'Subscriptions.' From here, you'll see your subscription history. Click on your active subscription.
On the subscription page, you can apply discounts, place new orders, pause subscriptions, skip payment, change delivery frequency, cancel subscriptions, or change your shipping address all at your convenience.
Can I change the frequency of delivery?
You sure can. Log into your Mychi account. Once you're logged in, under 'Account Details' click 'Subscriptions.' From here, you'll see your subscription history. Click on your Active Subscription. Under the subscription heading where your frequency is stated, click Edit. You have the flexibility to adjust your shipping frequency to occur every 30, 60, or 90 days. When finished, click Save. Feel free to modify this setting at any time.
Can I skip a delivery?
Certainly. Log into your Mychi account. Once you’re logged in, under 'Account Details,' click 'Subscriptions.' Here, you'll see your subscription history. Click on your active subscription. At the subscription page, under your billing schedule, click skip payment or reschedule to choose a day that works for you.
How do I align more than one subscription?
To align more than one subscription, log into your Mychi account. Once you're logged in, under 'Account Details' click 'Subscriptions.' Here, you'll see your subscription history. Click on your active subscription. At the subscription page, under your billing schedule, click ‘reschedule’ on any subscription to schedule a day that suits you best.
I wasn't ready for a subscription order that went through.
No worries! Your account is in your hands for subscription management, just log in here. You can choose to postpone your next order, switch items, or even cancel your plan. The power is yours!

How do I upgrade to a larger serving bag or change product?
Certainly. Log into your Mychi account. Once logged in, under 'Account Details' click 'Subscriptions.' From here, you'll see your subscription history. Click on your active subscription. At the subscription page, under ‘items’ choose from our selection and purchase on your terms, either by subscription or a one-time purchase.
What is your return/refund policy?
To put it simply, we don't accept returns or issue refunds if the product has been opened. Check out our full return policy for more details.

How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is dispatched, an email with the tracking number and link will be sent to your registered email.
What countries do you ship to?
At the moment, we only ship to the United States.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping
- Free for subscription orders within the U.S.
- $5 for non-subscription orders.
Express Shipping
- $10 for all orders, whether subscription or non-subscription
How long does shipping take?
Keep in mind that order fulfillment takes usually 2-5 business days before shipping. If you order consists of more than 10 items, the fulfillment period might extend to 3-10 business days. The countdown begins once we send the tracking order and shipping notification to your account email.

My item arrived damaged?
In the event your item arrives damaged, we're happy to send you a replacement at no cost! To kick off your replacement request, email info@mychicoffee.com with a photograph and a brief explanation. We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement/refund. If approved, a new order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. or a refund will arrive in the form of the original payment.
My order arrived with missing items or the wrong products.

My package was marked delivered but I haven't received it, what should I do?
In the event your order is labeled as delivered, and the address is correct, it's recommended to wait a few days. Carriers may scan orders as delivered before the actual delivery. Additionally, check with neighbors to confirm it wasn't delivery to the wrong spot. If the issue persists, please contact us at info@mychicoffee.com, and we'll work to address it.
I accidentally ordered the wrong item.
