REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items or for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded.

We do not issue the refund if: Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address, unclaimed shipments, buyer's remorse)

If you notice an issue with the products or anything in the order, email info@mychicoffee.com with a photograph and a brief explanation. We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement/refund. If approved, a new order will be shipped within 3-5 business days, or a refund will arrive in the form of the original payment.

Items returned without using our authorized return process will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

I accidentally ordered the wrong item.

My item arrived damaged.

In the event your item arrives damaged, we're happy to send you a replacement at no cost! To kick off your replacement request, email info@mychicoffee.com with a photograph and a brief explanation. We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement/refund. If approved, a new order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. or a refund will arrive in the form of the original payment.

I wasn't ready for a subscription order that went through.

No worries! Your account is in your hands for subscription management, just log in here. You can choose to postpone your next order, switch items, or even cancel your plan. The power is yours!
